State 48 FC Competitive soccer is a huge step up from our Recreation program. There is a major commitment that is necessary from both player and parent. All players must tryout for State 48 Competitive soccer teams. These teams compete at various levels in the ASA Port of Subs Leagues & Arizona State Leagues and many tournaments throughout the season. We take pride in our student-athletes and we believe in a fun family environment working together to give our players the highest quality experience.

U4 (3 and 4 year olds)
$85 PER SEASON
- This group focuses on the basics of soccer such as: Dribbling, shooting, passing, control, and soccer stops.
- 3v3/4v4 games are played on 4×6 goals. Out of bounds is lightly enforced. No score is kept and no goalies on the field.
- Practices are held once a week from Monday through Thursday, at either 6pm or 7pm depending on what works better for the coach. Players will receive a set of S48FC’s t-shirts/jerseys. Medals will be given at the end of the season.
U6 (5 and 6 year olds) &
U8 (7 and 8 year olds)
$95 PER SEASON
- Advanced skills and concepts are introduced in this age group. Balancing, passing, foot-eye coordination, control running, tricks, and defensive skills.
- 6vs6 w/goalies for U6 and 8vs8 for U8. Games are played on a 6×12 goals for U6 and 6×18 for U8. Score is kept and penalty kicks are introduced.
- Practices are held once or twice a week from Monday through Thursday, at either 6pm or 7pm depending on what works better for the coach. Players will receive a set of S48FC’s t-shirts/jerseys. Medals will be given at the end of the season.
- This age group has the ability to move up to our Developmental Program and to play an all-star match at the end of the seas
U10 (9 and 10 year olds)
U12 (11 and 12 year olds)
U14 (13 and 14 year olds)
$98 PER SEASON
- These three age groups will focus on developing a more complete outlook of the game, including formations, tactics, personal and team related skills.
- 9vs9 for U8, and 8vs8 for U12, and U14 (all 3 with goalkeepers). Games are played on full size goals. Score is kept and penalty kicks are introduced.
- Practices are held once or twice a week from Monday through Thursday, at either 6pm or 7pm depending on what works better for the coach. Players will receive a set of S48FC’s t-shirts/jerseys. Medals will be given at the end of the season.
- This age group has the ability to move up to our Developmental Program and to play an all-star match at the end of the season.
